The AMKE (Ancient Quarries Non-profit Organisation) has prepared a package of interventions that focus on improving the visitors’ experience in the Archaeological Site focused on:

• Upgrading the main entrance of the Archaeological Site
• The creation of a central square as a visitor information and rest station.
• Upgrading of the footpaths connecting the main entrance with the central square and from there with the entrances of the quarries.
• Configurations of the entrances of the Nymphs’ and Pan’s Quarries.
• Upgrading of the parking facilities.

Most of these improvements can be implemented as soon as the necessary funding has been secured.
