This event is co-organised by the Ancient Quarries Park AΜKE (non-profit organisation) and the Ephorate of Antiquities of Cyclades, to inform and discuss with the local organisations and the people of Paros the efforts for safeguarding the ancient quarries and creating an archaeological and cultural park in Marathi, and includes a briefing on the progress of the geological investigation of the underground galleries by Professor Vassilis Marinos
